What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a service that helps NDIS participants live more independently while receiving the support they need in their daily lives. SIL is not about specialised housing—it focuses on providing the right level of assistance to help you manage everyday tasks, whether you live in shared accommodation or your own home.
SIL allows you to remain part of your community while accessing the support needed to achieve your personal goals. The level of support is tailored to your individual needs and may include personal care, household tasks, medication assistance, social and emotional support, transport, and community access.
What is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)?
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is designed for NDIS participants with high support needs or significant functional impairments. Unlike SIL, SDA is not about providing support services—it focuses on offering purpose-built housing that is designed for accessibility, safety, and long-term living.
SDA ensures that individuals with complex needs have access to homes that are specifically designed to support their daily living requirements.
What We Do
Delivering accommodation solutions that support care, comfort, and independence – across different needs and timeframes.
Short-Term Stays
Our short-term accommodation options are designed to support individuals during temporary care needs, transitions, or respite situations. Whether it’s a planned short stay or an urgent requirement, we provide safe, comfortable environments that allow individuals to settle in quickly and with confidence.
Each stay is supported by a practical setup that integrates easily with existing care arrangements, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption. Our focus is on making short-term accommodation simple, reliable, and reassuring for both participants and their support networks.
Medium-Term Solutions
Medium-term accommodation provides a stable and dependable solution for individuals who require housing while awaiting longer-term arrangements. This phase is often critical, and our focus is on creating a consistent, well-managed living environment that supports both comfort and continuity of care.
We work closely with support coordinators and service providers to ensure each arrangement is aligned with individual needs. Our medium-term solutions are designed to reduce uncertainty, offering a structured and supportive living experience during transitional periods.
Long-Term Living
Our long-term accommodation solutions are designed to support ongoing care and independent living. We focus on creating environments that feel stable, comfortable, and suited to everyday life, while also accommodating the specific needs of individuals requiring support.
These living arrangements are developed with a long-term perspective—prioritising safety, accessibility, and consistency. By working in collaboration with care providers, we ensure that each setting supports not just housing, but overall wellbeing and quality of life.
